Having a problem with your download? These are the main causes for download problems:

Your using a Yahoo or Hotmail account.
- Yahoo and Hotmail often don't work with any program that has to email you like the download software we use.
With Yahoo and Hotmail, you get what you pay for. Because it's free and so many people abuse it for spamming, they run super aggressive filters and you will never get the email with links we have sent you.

You never received an email with your download links.

-This is almost always that you have a junk email folder and your email program has moved your links email to the junk folder, have a look in your junk email folder, if they are not there, email us and we will send another set of links.

You get a page that says 'You must pay for downloads" or "File not found" or "There are no files behind this link".

- This is usually caused by a break or space in the link you were emailed.
Make Sure the whole link is underlined in your email, if not your email client may have added a line break to the link.
Look at your links email, is the link one whole line? If not is there a space or >> at the return?
Copy the whole link and paste it into the URL window of your browser, look for any spaces or >> in the link, there should be none. If you see a space. backspace it out then hit enter on your keyboard. See the picture below. this is what your email with the links should look like. Notice the link is very long and it's underlined.
I f you have a return in your links, make sure the whole link is still under lined. It may also be that your links have a return and are underlined but your email client has added a html line break you can't see, that will break the link. The best thing to do is copy the whole link and paste it into your URL window and check it for spaces, remove any spaces and hit enter, your download should begin.

The next most common problem is you click on a link and nothing happens.

-If this happens on your first attempt to download, right click or if your on a Mac control click the link and choose " Download linked file to hard rive".

You keep hitting the link and nothing happens till you get a "your links are all used up" message.

-This is often caused by your firewall. Try turning your firewall off while your downloading. If you have already used up your links, email us and we will send you a new set, then turn off your firewall before you download. You can turn it back on after. You will have to email us for new links first as all your attempts are used up.

If none of these things solve your problem, email us here and we will resend your links and get you fixed up right away.
